The Fall Application Period has Started
As a result of spring admission to the Doctoral School of Economics, we have an opportunity to open fall admission to the Graduate School of Economics in 2018.
Applicants,that submitted a full package of documents can participate in the general competition and pass the entrance exams.
Required documents
The Fall Application period: August 1 - September 14, 2018
Entrance exams: September 24 - October 12, 2018

Exam results: Mid-October
Official enrolment: October 27, 2018 (studies begin November 1)
International applicants, who successful passed entrance exams, must pay a tuition fee in the amount of 410 000 - per year upon enrolment.
Unfortunately, Ph.D. students do not receive scholarships.
Before start studying at HSE, accepted students must submit all foreign diplomas and certificates for official recognition by the university. This is the standard procedure for recognizing foreign education in the Russian Federation and allows students to continue their education at the appropriate level at a Russian educational institution (it could take some time).

Note foreign applicants have the right to take part in the Federal Quota Scheme (competitive selection, without entrance exams, tuition is free).

Free PhD training and scholarship (about 3 000 rubles per month) is provided only in the case of selection within the federal quota.
