Quota Intake
Applications for quota places (funded by the Russian Government) will be accepted from the 10th of April up to the 22nd of May 2017.
Any foreigner having Specialist or Master Degree may participate.

It is important that before you apply you have to agree with some of HSE professors (teachers) to be your academic supervisor. You may visit the site of the Faculty of Business and Management (https://bm.hse.ru/en/), and review personal sites of the staff at: https://bm.hse.ru/en/persons and then contact the one having the same academic interests as you do, asking him/her to be your academic supervisor.
Your application shall be reviewed within the period of 23 May- 26 – June 2017.
You may be invited for an interview. In case you are not in Moscow, the interview may be held on-line via remote access.
The results will be announced in July 2017.
Successful applicants will have to submit hard copies of the required documents by the 15th July 2017 (in person or by mail).
