The 28th International Conference on Low Temperature Physics held on August 9-16, 2017 at the Swedish Exhibition Centre/Gothia Towers, Gothenburg, Sweden

The topic of the scientific report which was presented by Yulia Krasnikova is "Low temperature ESR in spin ladder".
The Nobel Laureate and professor of Braun University, USA J Michael Kosterlitz opened the conference.

 Participation in the conference allowed me to complete the material for publication, briefly and correctly state the research results. It is also an excellent opportunity for meeting colleagues and for further cooperation with them.
