Application through Federal Quota is open

International students are elible to apply for full-tuition scholarships provided through the Federal Quota

Application period: March 1 - March 11,  2022

Interviews (optional): March 14 - March 18, 2022

Final decision on admission: March 31, 2022

Official enrolment: August 1

Studies begin November 1

Online application 

• Only fully completed applications will be considered 
• Documents can be sent via mail with delivery notification and a list of enclosures.
• Non-resident applicants are offered a dormitory (100 spots in two dormitories are available). The dormitory costs around 1000 RUB a month.
