Programme Requirements

First Year:

-      enroll in the programme (by November 1).

-      determine the academic supervisor and the dissertation research area (by February 1).

-      prepare an individual research plan, together with the academic supervisor (by February 15).

-      State Exams in 'History and Philosophy of Science' and 'Foreign language' (May-June, exact dates to be determined).

-      teaching internship (38 hours over the course of the year).

-      mid-term departmental assessment (June).

-      annual departmental assessment (October).

Second Year:

-     teaching internship (38 hours over the course of the year).

-     State  exam in ‘History of Philosophy’ or ‘Ontology and Epistemology’ (Autumn, exact dates to be determined).

-     mid-term departmental assessment (June).

-     annual departmental assessment (October).

Third Year:

-     mid-term departmental assessment (June).

-     preliminary defense of dissertation within the department (prior to July 1).
