Competition for the appointment of a scholarship named after Ye.T. Gaidar and a special scholarship to doctoral students of HSE

Scholarship named after E.T. Gaidar - set for outstanding achievements in scientific activity. Candidates for this scholarship can be full-time graduate students of the Graduate School of Economics.

Special scholarship to doctoral students of the National Research University "Higher School of Economics" - set for outstanding achievements in scientific activities.

Candidates for this scholarship can be full-time doctoral students of the following Doctoral School:
of sociological sciences
of management
of Education
of psychology
of philological sciences
of philosophical sciences
of political science
of historical sciences
of law
of mathematics
of technical sciences
of computer science
of physics.

To participate in the competition, applicants for scholarships fill out an application with information about publications.
The application is submitted electronically by filling out an electronic form in the electronic personal account of a doctoral student.
You can enter the electronic personal account at: http://www.hse.ru/user. The password and login (name) for logging into the personal account are issued by the portal employees when they personally contact portal@hse.ru.
Applications with the status “Signed” in electronic form are accepted for consideration until December 15, 2018.
In addition to the application requires a positive decision of the Doctoral School on this issue.

Selection criteria
The scholarship is appointed in accordance with the following criteria:
1. Doctoral students of the 1st year of study:
the availability of published high-level scientific papers;
2. Doctoral srudents of the 2nd year of study on the results of work for the 1st year:
full implementation of the assessment criteria provided for doctoral students of the 1st year of study;the availability of published high-level scientific papers. At least 1 of the submitted scientific papers must be published within the previous 12 months.
3. Doctoral students of the 3rd year of study on the results of the work for the 2nd year:
full implementation of the assessment criteria provided for doctoral students of the 2nd year of study;availability of published high-level scientific papers.At least one of the scientific works submitted for expert examination must be published within the previous 12 months.
4. Doctoral students of the 4th year of study on the results of work for the 3rd year:
full implementation of the assessment criteria provided for post-graduate students of the 3rd year of study;the availability of published high-level scientific papers; At least one of the scientific works submitted for expert examination must be published within the previous 12 months.
5. Of the submitted scientific works at least 1 scientific work must be written individually (not co-authored).
6. The same published work can not be submitted to the specified scholarship and to obtain academic allowances.
Applicants who do not meet the established eligibility criteria are not allowed to participate in the competition for scholarships.
