International students are eligible to apply for full-tuition scholarships provided through the Russian government scholarships (Quotas).

Application period: February 03 - February 28, 2025, 6.00 pm (Moscow time)
Interviews (optional): March 10 - March 20, 2025
Final decision on admission: March 28, 2025
Studies begin November 1

- Only fully completed applications will be considered
- Documents can be sent via mail with delivery notification and a list of enclosures.
- Non-resident applicants are offered a dormitory (100 spots in two dormitories are available). The dormitory costs around 1000 RUB a month.
